We are a professional advisory firm comprising of Certified Public Accountants and Professional Consultants. Our partners have over ten years of experience in providing professional services in the fields of Accounting, Auditing, Business set-up, Local tax compliance and advisory, Cross-border tax planning and Business Consulting. In 2000 we established our headquarters in Hong Kong, and now we have our branch offices in Shanghai and Shenzhen in the mainland China serving a wide range of clients in different industries. We have over 50% of our clients coming from overseas in different countries all over the world. We assist our clients to establish and develop business in Hong Kong and China, as Hong Kong is the best place as a platform to exploit business and investment opportunities in China.

Our firm is one of the two founding members of the Alliance of Inter-Continental Accountants ("") established in 2005. aims at providing advanced cross-border services to our clients in Asia. The current members of are professional firms based in Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, the Mainland China, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, and Vietnam.

In 2011, we established a joint venture with The Fidinam Group ("Fidinam") in Hong Kong, namely Fidinam R&T Consulting Limited ("Fidinam R&T").
Fidinam is a professional consulting group based in Switzerland of over 50 years of history with offices in different cities in Europe, and provides services in three principal fields: Corporate and Tax consultancy, Business consultancy and Real Estate consultancy.
With the establishment of Fidinam R&T, Roger Kam & Co and Fidinam jointly offer services in the fields of International Tax Planning and Corporate & Trust services to Asian and European investors cross the continents.
